Full Throttle - Day 64

This morning's workout consisted of lots of kettlebell swings... and then more kettlebell swings. We warmed up then did some one handed and 2 handed kettlebell swings. Then, the real workout started. We got a heavier bell, and did 20 swings in one minute. Once that minute was over, we started again and did 19, then so on all the way down to 10 swings... totalling 165 kettlebell swings in 10 minutes. It was intense, but I think the heavier bell helped my form a little more.
Here is what I ate today:
5:30am - Whey Protein Drink (1/2 serving)
7:30am - 2 eggs, 4 egg whites, scrambled with spinach
10:30am - Whey Protein Drink (1/2 serving), 22 almonds, spinach
1:30pm - Salad with chicken breast, light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
4:30pm - Whey Protein Drink
7:00pm - 2 cups of spinach
9:00pm - smoked sausage link, spinach
I drank over 200 ounces of water today
