Full Throttle - Day 47

This morning's training went really well. I overslept a bit and was unable to get there at 5:45am to do my deadlifts. So, I will go in tomorrow (Saturday) morning to work on my deadlifts. I ate pretty well in the morning, but I went to a Texas Rangers double header game and experienced my first all-you-can-eat buffet in quite some time. I am a bit disappointed in myself for making poor choices. I ate poorly and too much. I ate a couple hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and nachos. I know that I need to work harder.
