Full Throttle - Day 44

I am writing this three days later. I can remember what I ate, so I will post that:
7:45am - Apple and ProGrade Lean Meal Replacement Drink
10:00am - 1/4 cup of almonds
12:30pm - Salad with smoked chicken and Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
3:30pm - 1/4 cup of almonds, whey protein drink
6:30pm - 6 Scrambled eggs with hamburger meat, spinach, and mushrooms and hot sauce
I drank over 100 ounces of water.
