Full Throttle - Day 143

This morning's workout was another intense workout. I did more deadlifts for about 10 minutes, and then the workout began. The workout was consisted of 5 different exercises each done for 50 seconds with a 10 second transition to the next exercise.... 5 rounds. So, it is basically a 20 minute solid workout. The exrecises consisted of Kettlebell swings, pushups, squats, planks, and mountain climbers. It was tough, but such a great feeling after being done.
