Full Throttle - Day 148

Today is Labor Day, and we did not have bootcamp today. It felt strange to have a Monday with no workout, but it was kinda nice to sleep a little later. However, my friend Mark (hi Mark, I know you are reading this) texted me and is planning a workout tomorrow morning. So, I will be getting up early tomorrow to meet him and workout... I am excited to see what he has in store.
