Here is what I ate today:
7:45am - ProGrade Lean Meal Replacement Drink
9:45am - 1/4 cup almonds
1:00pm - Salad with smoked chicken and light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
6:30pm - 2 filets of smoke catfish and half a smoked chicken breast
8:00pm - Diet Dr. Pepper
